If you’ve received an email from Qualvey and want to know whether it’s legitimate - or whether it’s a scam - before clicking anything, this page answers that directly.
The short answer
Qualvey, Inc. is a real, trusted company. We invite verified senior leaders to watch short product content from software companies and share what they thought, and we reward them for their time. Invitations come by email from @tryqualvey.com or @qualvey.com - both domains are ours. We never ask for payment details, passwords, or a fee to take part.

Is Qualvey a legitimate company?
Yes. Qualvey is a real company: Qualvey, Inc, founded 2026, based in Austin, TX. We work with software companies who want honest feedback on their product content from senior decision-makers, and we invite those leaders to give it.
You can find us on LinkedIn under the same name.
How did Qualvey get my email address?
A software company described the kind of leader they wanted feedback from - seniority, department, industry and company size - and we built an invitation list against that description. Your name and work email came from publicly available professional sources, and a person reviewed the list before anything went out. You haven’t been added to anything: an invitation is a single email, and ignoring it ends it.
Why would a company pay me to watch a video?
Software companies rarely get honest feedback from senior buyers. Sponsoring a participation is how they hear whether their product, and the way they describe it, lands with the people it was built for.
The reward compensates you for the time that takes. It doesn’t change based on whether your feedback is positive, and you can send it to a nonprofit instead, or turn it off entirely.
What happens to my information?
The sponsoring company sees your survey feedback, your role and your company - for example “VP Finance, enterprise software.” They don’t see your name or your contact details unless you tell us at the end that you’re open to a conversation. That’s a choice you make, not a default.
What we can say plainly: no vendor can contact you unless you ask them to, and nothing continues after you finish unless you asked for it.
Is Qualvey safe to use?
Taking part is voluntary and there is nothing to install. We never ask for financial information or passwords, and no vendor can contact you unless you ask. Your work email is verified once so that sponsoring companies know the feedback came from a real, senior person - that check exists for their benefit, not as a data-collection exercise.
What happens if I take part?
You verify your work email once, watch the content you were invited to, answer two short questions, and share your perspective. Typically under twenty minutes, at whatever pace your week allows.
Is this email actually from Qualvey?

How do I report a suspicious email?
Forward it to team@qualvey.com. A person reads these, and we’ll confirm either way. If it turns out to be a phishing or spam email using our name, we want to know.
