What is Qualvey and how does it work for Leaders?
Qualvey helps verified business Leaders explore relevant B2B software through short vendor videos, customer stories, product walkthroughs, and peer-informed insights.

Leaders review content on their own time, answer a few simple questions to confirm understanding, and share their perspective through a short feedback survey.

When eligible, Leaders may choose to earn a reward for their time, donate it, or turn rewards off.For companies, Qualvey creates a more respectful way to learn from real buyer perspectives — without forcing every interaction into a sales call.
How do I get started with Qualvey?
To get started, Leaders can request to join the Qualvey Network by sharing basic professional information, including their work email and LinkedIn profile.

Qualvey uses this information to help verify your role, confirm eligibility, and understand which types of software campaigns may be relevant to you.

Once approved, you may be matched with campaigns over time based on your role, company profile, interests, and the audience criteria set for each campaign.
Is Qualvey free for Leaders to use?
Yes. Qualvey is free for Leaders to join and use.

There is no cost to request access, review campaigns, share feedback, manage preferences, or participate in eligible opportunities.

Companies sponsor campaigns because they value structured feedback from verified Leaders who match the audience they are trying to better understand.
Do I need to be actively evaluating software to participate?
No. You do not need to be in an active buying process to participate.

Qualvey is designed for Leaders who want to stay informed, explore relevant software, and understand what different vendors are building — even before they are ready to speak with sales.

If you are actively evaluating a solution, your feedback may be especially useful. If you are simply learning, that perspective can still be valuable when the campaign is relevant to your role or business context.
Why do companies sponsor feedback through Qualvey?
Companies sponsor feedback because traditional software marketing often misses what buyers are actually thinking before they are ready for a sales conversation.

Qualvey gives companies a way to understand how verified Leaders respond to their content, messaging, product story, and market positioning.

Instead of pushing for a meeting too early, companies can learn from structured feedback while giving Leaders a more flexible, lower-pressure way to explore solutions on their own terms.
What is a Qualvey campaign?
A Qualvey campaign is a guided software discovery experience sponsored by a company that wants feedback from verified business Leaders.

Each campaign includes a short video, product walkthrough, customer story, or related content that helps explain a solution, use case, or market problem.

After reviewing the content, Leaders answer a few questions to confirm understanding and share their perspective on relevance, timing, business need, and interest.

The goal is to help Leaders explore software on their own terms while giving companies structured feedback from the types of buyers and decision-makers they are trying to better understand.
What types of content will I have the opportunity to view?
You may be asked to review content such as product overview videos, platform walkthroughs, customer stories, feature announcements, competitive education, or content focused on a specific business problem.

Some campaigns may also include deeper vendor content that goes beyond what is typically available on a company website — the kind of context buyers often only get after several sales conversations.

Most campaigns are designed to be short, practical, and easy to review on your own time, helping you quickly understand what a company offers, why it may be relevant, and whether it is worth exploring further.
What happens after I watch a campaign video?
Two things: After watching a campaign video, Leaders complete a 3-question knowledge check and a short 6-question feedback survey.

The knowledge check typically takes about 1 minute and is not designed to be a “gotcha.” It simply helps confirm that the content was reviewed and understood before feedback is submitted.

The feedback survey usually takes about 3–5 minutes and gives you a chance to share your perspective on the solution, including whether it feels relevant, whether your company has a related need, what questions or objections you may have, and whether you would want to learn more.

This feedback helps sponsoring companies understand how their content, messaging, and product story are landing with verified Leaders — which is why they sponsor rewards for thoughtful participation.

You are not required to speak with a vendor just because you complete a campaign.
What is the knowledge check, and can I retake it?
The knowledge check is a short set of questions based on the campaign content you reviewed.

It is not meant to be difficult or academic. Its purpose is to confirm that the video or content was actually watched and understood before feedback is submitted.

If you do not pass the knowledge check, you will be able to rewatch the video or retake the quiz after a short waiting period tied to the length of the campaign video. For example, if the video is 10 minutes long, you would be able to retake the quiz after 10 minutes.

Qualvey uses this step to protect the quality of feedback for companies and to keep the experience fair for Leaders who are thoughtfully participating.
What kind of feedback will I be asked to share?
The feedback survey is designed to be quick and practical.

You’ll be asked whether the content felt relevant to your role, what stood out from the video, what questions you would ask the vendor, and what additional information or content would be helpful.

You’ll also have a chance to share anything useful about your current situation, including whether you are open to connecting with the vendor.

If you are not interested or the timing is not right, that is completely fine. Qualvey simply asks for a general understanding of why it may not be a fit so companies can better understand how their content and solution are landing with verified Leaders.

When companies understand why something is not a fit, they can usually be more thoughtful about future follow-up instead of continuing to push generic outreach.
How much time does a campaign usually take?
A typical Qualvey campaign takes the length of the vendor video, plus about 5 minutes.

Most vendor videos are typically 5–20 minutes long, and the video length is shown before you start so you know what to expect.

After the video, Leaders complete a 3-question knowledge check that usually takes about 1 minute, followed by a 6-question feedback survey that usually takes about 3–5 minutes.

Qualvey is designed to give you a quick, useful look at relevant vendors — enough context to decide whether you want to go deeper, ask for more information, or move on because it is not a fit.
What kinds of rewards can Leaders receive?
Qualvey is designed to fit your company’s policies and your own comfort level with earning rewards.

When rewards are enabled, Leaders may receive virtual gift cards or  virtual credit cards through Tremendous. Rewards are sent by email, and you can choose whether they are delivered to your work email or a personal email.

You can also choose to donate your reward or turn rewards off entirely. Your reward preference can be changed at any time.
Are rewards offered for every campaign?
Rewards are offered for every Qualvey campaign unless you choose to turn them off.

Qualvey gives Leaders control over how they participate. You can earn rewards, donate rewards, or keep rewards turned off depending on your company’s policies, your personal preferences, and your comfort level.

You can also consume Qualvey content outside of work if that better fits your schedule or internal guidelines.
Can I donate my reward instead of accepting it?
Yes. Leaders can choose to donate their reward instead of accepting it personally.

If you choose to donate, you will be able to select from supported nonprofit organizations, including Feeding America, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, charity: water, and Habitat for Humanity.

When you donate, the full reward amount goes to the charity you select.
When are rewards typically issued?
Rewards are typically issued within 1 week of completing a campaign.

A campaign is considered complete once you finish the video, pass the knowledge check, and submit the feedback survey. After your survey is submitted, you will be directed to a payout confirmation page.

Rewards are sent by email through Tremendous as a virtual gift card or virtual credit card, depending on the available reward options.
Are rewards taxable?
Yes. Rewards earned through Qualvey may be taxable and may need to be reported as income.

Qualvey may collect tax information, such as a W-9, when required and may provide applicable tax documentation based on your reward activity.

Qualvey does not provide tax advice, so Leaders are responsible for reporting rewards as required by their personal tax situation.
Who is eligible to join Qualvey?
Qualvey is designed for Director-level, VP, and C-Suite Leaders at companies with roughly 100 or more employees.

This typically includes Leaders at growth-stage, mid-market, and enterprise organizations who are involved in evaluating, influencing, or staying informed about business software.

Qualvey reviews each request to help confirm professional role, company fit, and campaign relevance. Not every Leader will match every campaign, but verified Leaders may be matched with opportunities over time based on their role, company profile, and areas of interest.
Why does Qualvey verify my role and work email?
Qualvey verifies your role and work email to help confirm that campaign feedback is coming from real business Leaders at relevant companies.

This helps protect the quality of the Qualvey network for both Leaders and sponsoring companies. Leaders get access to campaigns that are more likely to match their role and business context, while companies get feedback from verified professionals who fit the audience they are trying to better understand.

Your work email also helps Qualvey confirm company affiliation and prevent duplicate or unqualified participation. Qualvey is not designed for anonymous consumer surveys — it is built around trusted, verified B2B software discovery.
Why might I be matched with some campaigns but not others?
Qualvey matches Leaders to campaigns based on factors such as role, seniority, company size, industry, business function, location, and the audience criteria set by the sponsoring company.

For example, one campaign may be intended for finance Leaders at mid-market companies, while another may be focused on HR, IT, operations, revenue, or executive Leaders at larger organizations.

Not being matched with a campaign does not mean you are not qualified for Qualvey. It usually means the campaign was built for a different audience or business context.

As new campaigns are added, verified Leaders may be matched with additional opportunities over time.
What information is shared with companies?
A core principle of Qualvey is that Leaders should be able to explore vendors on their own terms.

When you complete a Qualvey campaign survey, your responses determine what information is shared with the sponsoring company.

If you say you are open to a conversation with the vendor, Qualvey shares your name, role, company, work email, and relevant survey responses so the company can follow up with context.

If you request additional content, Qualvey shares that request with the company along with relevant professional context, such as your role, company, industry, company size, and the topic you are interested in.

If you are not interested in speaking with the vendor, Qualvey does not share your direct contact information. Your survey responses are still shared with the sponsoring company, along with professional context such as role level, company size, industry, and company fit.

This helps companies understand where their solution is relevant, where it is not, and when outreach may not be appropriate.

Qualvey is designed to give Leaders control over sales conversations while still helping companies learn from thoughtful buyer feedback.
Is my participation anonymous?
Your participation is not always fully anonymous, because Qualvey is built around verified B2B software discovery.

If you indicate that you are open to a conversation with a vendor, Qualvey shares your direct professional information so the vendor can follow up with context.

If you request additional content, Qualvey may share relevant professional context so the company understands what information would be useful to send.

If you are not interested in speaking with the vendor, Qualvey does not share your direct contact information. In that case, your feedback is shared with professional context such as role level, company size, industry, and company fit, but not your name or work email.

The goal is to give companies useful buyer feedback without forcing every Leader interaction into a sales conversation.
Do I have to speak with a vendor after completing a campaign?
No. Completing a Qualvey campaign does not require you to speak with a vendor.

At the end of a campaign, you can indicate whether you are open to a conversation, would prefer additional content, or are not interested at this time.

If you are open to a conversation, Qualvey shares your professional contact information so the vendor can follow up with context.

If you are not open to a conversation, that is completely fine. Qualvey is designed to let Leaders explore vendors, share feedback, and control when sales conversations happen.
Can I update my preferences or opt out of campaigns?
Yes. Leaders can update their preferences over time.

You can adjust the types of campaigns you are interested in, change your reward preference, choose whether you want to earn, donate, or turn rewards off, and opt out of future campaign invitations.

Qualvey is designed to give Leaders control over how they participate. Your interests, role, company, and timing may change, and your preferences should be able to change with them.
How does Qualvey protect Leader privacy and trust?
Qualvey protects trust by giving Leaders control over how they engage with vendors after completing a campaign.

Information is shared with a sponsoring company only after a Leader completes a campaign, which means watching the content, passing the knowledge check, and submitting the survey.

If a Leader says they are open to a conversation or requests additional information, Qualvey may share their direct professional contact information with that sponsoring vendor so the company can follow up with context.

If a Leader is not interested in engaging with the vendor, Qualvey does not share their direct contact information. Their survey feedback may still be shared with professional context so the company can understand relevance, fit, questions, objections, and why the solution may not be a fit right now.

Qualvey also protects the quality of the network by verifying its members. This helps ensure companies are learning from real business Leaders while keeping the experience more relevant for the Leaders participating.

Separately, any private notes, strengths, concerns, or comparisons a Leader saves inside Evaluations are private to the Leader. Leaders may choose to share those notes with their team, but Qualvey does not share private evaluation notes with vendors.
What is Qualvey and how does it work for Companies?
Qualvey helps companies turn self-directed software research into structured buyer feedback and earlier demand signals.

Companies sponsor campaigns where verified Leaders review vendor content, complete a short knowledge check, and submit a feedback survey. This gives companies a more respectful way to understand how their product story, messaging, use case, and content are landing with the people they are trying to reach.

Instead of forcing every interaction into a demo request or sales call, Qualvey gives buyers room to explore on their own terms while helping companies learn who found the content relevant, what questions came up, what stood out, and whether there may be interest in going deeper.

Qualvey is designed for companies that want better insight into buyer education, campaign fit, and early-stage demand before a prospect is ready for traditional sales outreach.
How is Qualvey different from traditional lead generation?
Traditional lead generation often focuses on collecting contact information first and qualifying interest later.

Qualvey starts with buyer education and verified feedback. Leaders review meaningful vendor content, answer a short knowledge check, and share their perspective through a structured survey before any sales conversation is expected.

This helps companies understand more than who clicked a form or downloaded an asset. Qualvey helps reveal whether the content was understood, whether the solution feels relevant, what questions or objections came up, and whether the Leader is open to learning more.

The result is a more buyer-friendly approach to demand generation: companies get higher-quality insight, and Leaders get to explore software without being immediately pushed into a sales motion.
What types of teams use Qualvey?
Qualvey is built for Sales and Marketing teams that want a more proactive way to understand buyer interest before waiting for a reactive demo request.

This may include demand generation, product marketing, growth marketing, revenue marketing, sales, partnerships, founder-led growth teams, and customer marketing teams launching new products or campaigns.

Teams use Qualvey to test product messaging, educate target accounts, promote customer stories, understand buyer objections, identify interested Leaders, and learn which audiences are most likely to find a solution relevant.

Qualvey also helps surface why certain buyers are not interested, not ready, or not a fit. Over time, that feedback can reveal patterns across audience segments, messaging, objections, timing, and market education gaps.

Qualvey is especially useful for companies with strong educational content that buyers should understand before a sales conversation, but that content is not always reaching the right people at the right time.
Where does Qualvey fit in the buyer journey?
Qualvey primarily fits at the top of the funnel, before many prospects are ready to book a demo or speak with sales.

Many prospective buyers want to understand a product, use case, category, or vendor before they raise their hand. Qualvey gives companies a way to reach those buyers during the self-directed research phase with useful content and a lower-pressure experience.

Qualvey can also support mid-funnel education when buyers are already aware of a problem but need more context before engaging. A Leader may provide feedback, request more information, share why the solution is not a fit, or indicate that they are open to a conversation.

For companies, Qualvey creates a bridge between anonymous content engagement and sales-ready conversations — helping teams learn from all outcomes, not just the people ready to talk today.
What is a Qualvey campaign?
A Qualvey campaign is a sponsored content experience where companies reward verified Leaders for reviewing vendor content and sharing structured feedback.

Each campaign includes vendor content, a short knowledge check, and a feedback survey. Leaders review the content on their own time, confirm they understood the material, and share feedback on relevance, questions, objections, current needs, and whether they are open to learning more.

For companies, a campaign turns educational content into measurable buyer feedback and early demand signals. Instead of only knowing who clicked, downloaded, or visited a page, Qualvey helps you understand how qualified Leaders responded to the content and what they may want next.

The result is a more buyer-friendly way to educate your market, learn from the right audience, and identify where interest may exist before pushing for a sales conversation.
What types of content can companies share through Qualvey?
Companies can share content that helps buyers understand what you do, why it matters, and whether it may be relevant to their business.

This can include product overview videos, sneak peak demos, platform walkthroughs, recorded demos, customer stories, thought leadership, new product launches, category education, or content focused on a specific business problem.

Qualvey works best when the content gives Leaders enough context to form a real opinion. The goal is not to gate generic marketing material. The goal is to give the right audience useful content they can review on their own terms, then capture structured feedback on what resonated, what was unclear, and whether there is interest in going deeper.
Can we use existing product videos, demos, or customer stories?
Yes. Many companies can start with content they already have.

Existing product videos, recorded demos, customer stories, webinars, explainer videos, and launch content can all be strong fits for Qualvey if they help Leaders understand the problem, solution, and value clearly.

Qualvey can also help companies get more ROI from content that may otherwise receive limited views, sit behind a form, get buried on a website, or have a short shelf life after a launch or campaign. Instead of letting strong content go underused, companies can put it in front of a verified audience and capture structured feedback on how it lands.

The best content is usually concise, specific, and easy to understand without a live sales rep explaining it. If a video normally helps prospects before a demo, supports sales follow-up, or answers common buyer questions, it may be a good candidate for a Qualvey campaign.

Companies can also create more exclusive campaign content that goes deeper than what is publicly available on their website, giving Leaders access to the kind of context they might otherwise only get after several sales conversations.
What makes a campaign successful?
A successful Qualvey campaign starts with useful content and a clearly defined audience.

The content should help Leaders quickly understand the problem, the solution, who it is built for, and why it matters. The audience should be specific enough that the campaign reaches people who are likely to have relevant context, influence, or interest.

Strong campaigns usually teach something, answer common buyer questions, and give Leaders enough information to decide whether they want to go deeper. They also make it easy for Leaders to share honest feedback, including what stood out, what questions they still have, why the solution may or may not be relevant, and whether they are open to a conversation.

The goal is not just to generate names. The goal is to learn which audiences are engaging, what messages are landing, where objections exist, and which Leaders may be ready for a more informed follow-up.
Who participates in Qualvey campaigns?
Qualvey campaigns are completed by verified business Leaders who match the audience criteria for a specific campaign.

This includes Director-level, VP, and C-Suite Leaders at growth-stage, mid-market, and enterprise companies. Depending on the campaign, participants may come from functions such as Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Legal, or other business teams.

Qualvey is not designed for broad consumer panels or anonymous survey traffic. It is built around verified professionals who can provide useful feedback on business software, vendor content, market messaging, and potential fit.
How does Qualvey verify Leaders?
Qualvey verifies Leaders using professional information such as work email, LinkedIn profile, role, company, seniority, and company fit.

The goal is to confirm that each participant is a real business professional with a relevant role and company context. This protects the quality of the network and helps companies trust that feedback is coming from the audience they are trying to better understand.

Qualvey also requires Leaders to re-verify their work email every 3 months to help confirm they are still affiliated with the company in their profile.

Verification also improves the Leader experience. When Qualvey understands someone’s role, company size, function, and interests, it can match them with campaigns that are more relevant to their work instead of sending generic vendor content.
Can we define the audience we want to reach?
Yes. Companies can define the audience they want to reach for each campaign.Audience criteria may include role, seniority, business function, company size, industry, geography, company type, and other fit criteria that help determine who should be eligible to participate.

For example, a campaign could be aimed at VP Finance and Controller-level Leaders at mid-market software companies, or IT and Security Leaders at larger enterprise organizations.

The more clearly the audience is defined, the easier it is to match the campaign with Leaders who are likely to understand the problem, evaluate the content thoughtfully, and provide useful feedback.
Why might some Leaders match a campaign while others do not?
Leaders are matched to campaigns based on the audience criteria set for that campaign and the professional profile of each verified Leader.

A Leader may match one campaign because their role, seniority, function, company size, or industry is highly relevant, but not match another campaign that is built for a different audience.

This helps companies avoid wasting budget on feedback from people who are unlikely to have useful context. It also helps protect the Leader experience by limiting irrelevant campaign invitations.

Qualvey is designed to prioritize fit over volume. The goal is not to reach everyone — it is to reach the right Leaders for the content, category, and business problem being tested.
What insights do companies receive from a campaign?
Companies receive structured insights that help them understand how verified Leaders responded to their content.

This includes survey responses, content relevancy, questions or objections, engagement patterns, content shared, and follow-up interest. Companies can also review a Verified Buyer Score, or VBS, which helps summarize the strength of a buyer signal based on campaign engagement and survey feedback.

The goal is to help companies understand what resonated, what was unclear, who may want to learn more, and where the solution may not be a fit.

Qualvey is designed to give companies better visibility into buyer education and readiness without forcing every interaction into a sales call.
When do companies see named versus anonymous feedback?
Companies see named feedback when a Leader indicates they are open to a conversation or requests follow-up that requires the company to respond.

In that case, Qualvey may share the Leader’s name, role, company, work email, and relevant survey responses with the sponsoring campaign vendor so the follow-up can happen with context.

If a Leader is not interested in speaking with the vendor, Qualvey does not share direct contact information. The company may still receive survey feedback with professional context, such as role level, company size, industry, and company fit, so they can understand why the solution may or may not be relevant.

This helps companies learn from buyer feedback while respecting the Leader’s choice about whether they want to engage directly.
How does Qualvey help identify buyer interest and readiness?
Qualvey helps identify buyer interest and readiness by combining verified audience fit with campaign engagement and survey feedback.

A Leader’s responses can show whether the content felt relevant, what stood out, what questions they have, whether they want additional information, and whether they are open to a conversation.

The Verified Buyer Score, or VBS, helps companies prioritize signals by summarizing how strong the engagement appears across the campaign experience.

This gives Sales and Marketing teams a more useful view than a form fill or page view alone. Qualvey helps companies understand not just that someone engaged, but whether the engagement suggests education, curiosity, timing, objection, or real follow-up interest.
What happens when a Leader is open to a conversation?
When a Leader says they are open to a conversation, Qualvey shares their professional contact information and relevant campaign responses with the sponsoring vendor.

The campaign manager is notified in real time so the company can follow up while the context is fresh. Instead of sending a generic outbound message, the vendor can understand what the Leader reviewed, what stood out, what questions they had, and why they may be interested in learning more.

Qualvey is designed to make follow-up more relevant for both sides. Leaders stay in control of whether they want to engage, and companies get a clearer signal before starting a sales conversation.
How is Qualvey priced for companies?
Qualvey uses consumption-based pricing tied to completed, qualified views.

A qualified view means a verified Leader watched the campaign content, passed the knowledge check, and submitted the feedback survey.

Companies control what they are willing to pay per qualified view. A useful starting benchmark is around $200 per qualified view for a 10-minute video, though pricing may vary based on the audience, content length, campaign goals, and how specific the targeting criteria are.

This model is designed to align spend with completed buyer engagement, not impressions, clicks, or form fills. Companies only pay when verified Leaders complete the campaign and provide structured feedback.
How do Leader rewards work?
Leader rewards are funded through the campaign budget.

When a verified Leader completes a qualified campaign, they may be eligible to receive a reward for their time and structured feedback. Leaders can choose to accept the reward, donate it, or turn rewards off depending on their company policies and personal preferences.

Rewards help companies reach busy decision-makers in a more respectful way. Instead of asking Leaders to review vendor content for free, Qualvey creates a clear value exchange: Leaders give thoughtful attention and feedback, and companies gain better insight into how their content and solution are landing.
Can we start with a pilot campaign?
Yes. Most companies should start with a focused pilot campaign.

A strong pilot usually includes one clear audience, one strong piece of content, and a defined budget for qualified views. This allows your team to test how verified Leaders respond to the content, what feedback they share, and whether the campaign surfaces useful buyer signals.

For many teams, a practical pilot might focus on a product overview, customer story, new capability, or specific business problem that your target buyers should understand before a sales conversation.

The goal of the pilot is to learn quickly: who engages, what resonates, what objections appear, and whether Qualvey can create a more efficient path from buyer education to qualified follow-up.
What affects campaign volume and completion rates?
Campaign volume and completion rates depend on audience size, targeting criteria, content relevance, reward level, video length, and how clearly the campaign matches the Leader’s role and business context.

Broad audiences usually create more potential volume, while highly specific audiences may produce fewer but more relevant completions. Shorter, clearer content also tends to perform better because Leaders can quickly understand the value and complete the campaign without a large time commitment.

The reward amount also matters. Higher-value audiences, longer content, or narrower targeting may require stronger incentives to drive participation.

Qualvey is designed to prioritize qualified engagement over raw volume. The best campaigns reach the right Leaders, capture thoughtful feedback, and create signals your Sales and Marketing teams can actually use.
